Conditions of Sale
1.
No goods are supplied on a "sale or return" basis and in
general we will not accept the return of goods. However, if goods are accepted
back for credit they will be subject to a handling charge of 25%. Minimum quantity
for return is one full box.
The acceptance of returns is dependant upon shade of tiles matching current
stock. No goods will be accepted for return after 14 days from the invoice date.
A Refund will be issued once we have confirmation from our supplier or our warehouse.
Special order and discontinued items cannot be returned.
2. All goods remain the property of Alghero Tilecraft Ltd until payment in full has been received.
3. No tiles or fittings can be guaranteed against crazing or shading, Alghero Tilecraft Ltd reserves the right to refuse any responsibility for wall, floor, border or mosaic tiles crazed, shaded or in fact faulty in any way, once these said goods have been fixed, as all goods should be carefully inspected before fixing. The use of goods delivered implies their acceptance by the customer.
4. No claim for short delivery can be entered unless signified at the time of delivery or collection.
5. If orders are cancelled after a deposit has been paid then a 25% handling charge on the full order value will be incurred.
6. Alghero Tilecraft Ltd can take no responsibility for incorrect ordering against measurements supplied by the customer.
7. Alghero Tilecraft Ltd is happy to assist in estimating Tile requirements based on dimensions supplied by the customer. However, Alghero Tilecraft Ltd cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements caused by change of design requirements by the customer and a 25% handling charge would be made if we agree to take any excess tiles back.
8. All customers are responsible for checking that goods received are correct as all goods should be carefully inspected before fixing.

All breakages should be notified within 48 hours of receipt, so we
ask customers to check goods even if not fixing straight away, this is so we
can exchange damaged goods with the current shade of tile.
